    Consumer Rights – Order Cancellation:
    You have the right to cancel an order for an EPC without giving any reason.  The cancellation right period will expire after 14 days from the day of the order ( verbal or email ).  To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this order by a clear instruction (e.g. via e-mail).

    Effects of Cancellation
    If you cancel an order within the 14 days, we will reimburse to you any upfront payments that we may have received from you.  We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

    If you requested us to visit the property to carry out the EPC / Floorplan on a date during the 14 day cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been completed before you cancelled this order.

    You will lose your right to cancel once the EPC / Floorplan has been completed and the amount payable will be the full order / contract value.

    Alternatively this consent can be given verbally  over the telephone when the EPC order is placed.

    By requesting an Energy Assessment to be undertaken on your property , you are consenting to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of producing a valid Energy Performance Certificate in line with the legal obligation to do so under the Energy Performance of Building Regulations. As part of the legal basis to process personal data Energy Assessors are also required to securely maintain and store assessment data for a period of no less that 15 years following an assessment as per the Code of Conduct of their Energy Assessor Accreditation.
